How quickly are you following up with Leads?

One of the top reasons businesses fail to increase their sales is their follow up (or lack of).   When someone calls you for a quote or sends you an email requesting information how quickly do you get back to them?  Does it take a few days because of your current work load or can you turn it around quickly?

Consumers today want information and answers to their questions as instantly as possible.  You’ve got to be following up with your prospects (and customers)  within hours, not days! 

Many times prospects will contact multiple vendors at the same time, and the quickest one that replies back gets the order.
