Have you ever went to a tradeshow and came back with business cards that you didn’t remember you had or where they came from?

We started using card scan a year ago when we realized that everything should be in digital format. We were also tired of spending $500-$1000/show to rent a lead retrival system.

Cardscan does just that, you scan the prospects business card onto your laptop and then can select categories/type notes after they leave.

We keep things simple and rate each prospect on 1-3 with 1 being urgent/call asap, 2 being warm, looking for more information and 3 being competitors or people that already do business with us.

The best part about cardscan is that it exports to numerous customer relationship management systems including salesforce.com!

Check it out you’ll be glad you did!

PS. We don’t get kickbacks from Cardscan for mentioning them, they are getting some free viral PR because we LOVE their products so much
